Autumn in the English Classroom
Autumn offers a wealth of opportunities to bring language and culture into the English classroom. In this practical, interactive webinar, teachers will explore engaging ways to use seasonal vocabulary, celebrations and literature to inspire students and encourage communication. We will look at activities around Bonfire Night, Thanksgiving and Diwali, alongside autumn traditions from other parts of the world, helping students discover different cultures and share their own experiences. The session will also explore approaches to literature, showing how its rich imagery and sounds can bring poetry to life.
