Humber College is one of the most advanced and international colleges in Canada. Founded in 1967, it  evolved really quickly: today it hosts more than 20,000 students who attend Science, Technology and Business  courses. Our students will be hosted in the North Campus, the largest of the University, and they will stay in  apartments with single and double en-suite rooms. Humber College is remarkably big with wide open spaces for soccer, volleyball and basketball. On the premises you can find an Arboretum of 100 acres with 1,700 species of different plants and animals, many coffee shops, bars and restaurants among the most popular brands in the world. Adjacent to the river Humber, it is located in the North West of Toronto on the Toronto Public Transit Line  and it is not far from popular attractions such as the Royal Ontario Museum, CN Tower, Ontario Place and  Harbourfront. Fun act: in 1983 Humber college was the setting of the famous movie “Police Academy”.

Many MLA centres operate a zig-zag format, with either morning lessons and afternoon activities, or morning activities and afternoon lessons. During the second week, the schedule will swap to the opposite format. Below there is a sample timetable. In many programmes in the United States and in some in the UK – where the excursion programme is rich – we use full-day lessons (mornings and afternoons) in order to allow for additional full-day excursions.
